Este documento te avala ante la autoridad fiscal como persona econ\u00f3micamente activa que est\u00e1 produciendo riqueza. Es tan importante, que ahora los j\u00f3venes que cumplen 18 a\u00f1os deben registrarse ante el SAT para obtener el famoso RFC casi al mismo tiempo que tramitan su credencial de elector.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero entre fallas del sistema, el error humano o incluso cambios que t\u00fa mismo elegiste, podr\u00eda ser que tus datos fiscales no est\u00e9n al d\u00eda. Por ejemplo, te casaste y decidiste cambiar tu apellido legalmente, o te cambiaste el nombre porque odiabas como te pusieron tus papas. Despu\u00e9s de tu familia, el primero que debe conocer este cambio es el SAT, pues exige esta correcci\u00f3n dentro del mes siguiente a hacer tu cambio de nombre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esta forma, tus datos como contribuyente ser\u00e1n correctos y no tendr\u00e1s ning\u00fan problema para trabajar, cobrar, pagar impuestos o hacer tr\u00e1mites. Bueno, te servir\u00e1 hasta para ayudarle a tu familia a tramitar cosas en caso de tu muerte. Para regularizarte ante el SAT, solo deber\u00e1s presentar un aviso de correcci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante que sepas c\u00f3mo est\u00e1s registrado ante el SAT y hay una forma muy sencilla de hacerlo: descarga tu Constancia de Situaci\u00f3n Fiscal.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/listo.mx\/blog\/ojo-con-los-errores-en-tu-constancia-de-situacion-fiscal\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta nota decimos c\u00f3mo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Recuerda que una falta de ortograf\u00eda o un dedazo, pueden impedirte hacer tr\u00e1mites.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora que ya sabes cuales son los errores que tiene tu registro, es importante que sigas los pasos para actualizar tus datos. Para hacerlo, deber\u00e1s:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agendar una cita al tel\u00e9fono 5562722728 o en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sat.gob.mx\/tramites\/82714\/realiza-tu-inscripcion-en-el-rfc-persona-fisica\">sitio web del SAT<\/a>. Aqu\u00ed podr\u00e1s ubicar la oficina m\u00e1s cercana a tu domicilio.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asiste con los siguientes documentos en original:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copia certificada del acta de nacimiento expedida por el Registro Civil o desde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/ActaNacimiento\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.
